Autogas for Fleets is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the importance of these values to the people with whom we conduct business and interact (partners, customers, suppliers, consultants). In the course of our business, we collect, use and may disclose personal information and have taken steps to help ensure the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you agree to provide to us.

Unless the purposes for collecting personal information are obvious and the client, customer, member voluntarily provides his or her personal information for those purposes, Autogas for Fleets will communicate the purposes for which personal information is being collected, either orally or in writing, before or at the time of collection. Generally, Autogas for Fleets collects personal information about individuals in order to better manage its business. Autogas for Fleets collects personal information reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

Autogas for Fleets is committed to ensuring the security of personal information to protect it from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal or similar risks. Autogas for Fleets takes reasonable steps to safeguard personal information through suitable measures considering the sensitivity of the information.

RETENTION

Autogas for Fleets will establish retention periods for all personal information collected in accordance with applicable law. Autogas for Fleets will retain personal information for at least one year after it has been used to make a decision about an individual.

Autogas for Fleets may charge a reasonable fee for providing access to personal information. If a request is refused in full or in part, we will advise in writing, providing the reasons for refusal and the recourse available.

Autogas for Fleets may collect, use and disclose personal information outside of The USA and Canada where there are reasonable business purposes for doing so and in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.
